License Agreement
- The music contained in the Melin Music Royalty Free section, hereinafter referred to as "Music", is owned, in its entirety, by Melin Music. All copyright interests, of every kind, are owned by, Melin Music.
- Melin Music owns all rights to the music, and assigns the non- exclusive, non-transferable rights, to use the music, by terms set forth in this agreement between you and Melin Music.
- The rights conveyed in this agreement are non-transferable. The Music may not be transferred, loaned, or conveyed to any third parties.
- The music may not be sold, repackaged or distributed, in any manner, as a music library.
- The Music may be used, for personal use, or in conjunction with, or incorporated into, productions, or works including, but not limited to commercial, educational, broadcast, promotional pieces, created by the licensee, as long as the manner in which the music is used, adheres to the conditions outlined, herein.
- The Music may not be used for any illegal, unauthorized, misleading, or unlawful production or purpose.
